Kdyby se někdo zajmal o tyhle znaky... ale sou pěkný ne? No ale nechtěla bych bejt Číňan a vykreslovat s tim teda =) Ale jako tetování by nebyly špatný, ne? Ale obávam se, že to by mi naši neschválili... :-D

The prostate gland is the central portion of a male's reproductive system. It secretes fluids that help the transportation and activation of sperm. The prostate can be found just before the rectum, below the bladder and all around the urethra. When there is prostate problem, it will always be really really irritating and inconvenient to the patient as his urinary product is directly affected.

The common prostate medical problems are prostate infection, enlarged prostate and prostate type of cancer.

Prostate infection, also known as prostatitis, is the most common prostate-related symptom in men younger than 55 yrs . old. Infections in the prostate related are classified into four types - acute bacterial prostatitis, chronic bacterial prostatitis, chronic abacterial prostatitis and prosttodynia.

Acute bacterial prostatitis could be the least common of all varieties of prostate infection. It is due to bacteria located in the large intestines or urinary tract. Patients may experience fever, chills, body aches, back pains and urination problems. This condition is treated through the use of antibiotics or non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to alleviate the swelling.

Chronic bacterial prostatitis can be a condition of the particular defect within the gland along with the persistence presence of bacteria within the urinary tract. It can be due to trauma on the urinary tract or by infections originating from other areas with the body. A patient may feel testicular pain, small of the back pains and urination problems. Although it is uncommon, it may be treated by removal in the prostate defect accompanied by making use antibiotics and NSAIDs to take care of the redness.

Non-bacterial prostatitis accounts for approximately 90% of most prostatitis cases; however, researchers have not even to ascertain the sources of these conditions. Some researchers feel that chronic non-bacterial prostatitis occur due to unknown infectious agents while other believe that intensive exercise and heavy lifting might cause these infections.

Maintaining a Healthy Prostate

To prevent prostate diseases, a proper meals are important. These are some from the actions you can take to keep your prostate healthy.

1. Drink sufficient water. Proper hydration is important for our health and wellbeing and this will also maintain the urinary track clean.

2. Some studies declare that a couple of ejaculations a week will help to prevent cancer of the prostate.

3. Eat beef in moderation. It has been shown that consuming greater than four meals of beef a week will raise the chance of prostate diseases and cancer.

4. Maintain a suitable diet with cereals, vegetable and fruits to ensure sufficient intake of nutrients essential for prostate health.

The most crucial measure to consider to make sure a healthy prostate would be to choose regular prostate health screening. If you are forty years and above, you should go for prostate examination at least once 12 months.
